In Split, you’ll explore a variety of schools, gaining insights from daily interactions with school leaders, teachers, and psychologists. You will visit different schools, exchange ideas, and see practical approaches to inclusion, diverse student needs, and other educational challenges.
Our job shadowing programs, part of the Erasmus+ initiative, range from 3 to 5 days. Participants immerse themselves in a new educational environment, discovering best practices, new methodologies, and daily operations. Croatia ranks highly for English proficiency and has been recognized for its excellent education system, with many of our trainers being award-winning educators.

Fee Information
The fee per participant for the job-shadowing activity is as follows:
- – 3 days of job shadowing: €70 daily rate per participant
- – 4 days of job shadowing: €65 daily rate per participant
- – 5 days of job shadowing: €60 daily rate per participant
