Our offerings are designed to provide high-quality learning experiences, including expert-led sessions, local cultural insights, and personalized support throughout your mobility. With various funding options and packages, we ensure accessibility for educators and organizations of all sizes.
Fee Categories:
1 COURSE FEE
The course fee includes all essential costs for participation. The price of an Erasmus+ KA1 course is 80.00 € per day per participant, with the course duration ranging from 2 to 10 days, depending on the program and participants’ needs. The most frequently selected options are the 7-day and 5-day courses.

SPECIAL RATES
Special rate for a group of 8 participants coming from the same school: pay for 7-course fees and get 1 COURSE FEE FOR FREE!
For a group of 12+ participants, we also offer FREE TRANSFER to the airport and back!
PAYMENT
The rates should be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to start of the course.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free of charge if cancellation is up to 4 weeks before the course starts.
After this date cancellation fee is 160.00 € for the course and 70.00 € for optional Organisational fee for Social Programme.
THERE ARE ALSO OTHER SOURCES OF FUNDING AVAILABLE:
- – Our courses are eligible for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 funding which should be enough to cover almost all expenses. We will gladly help with the KA1 application process.
- – The courses can also be funded by any grant focusing on Life Long Learning, Professional Development and general Teacher Training.
- – Courses can be paid by the teachers themselves.
2 JOB SHADOWING FEE
- – 3 days of job shadowing – 70 € daily rate per participant;
- – 4 days of job shadowing – 65 € daily rate per participant;
- – 5 days of job shadowing – 60 € daily rate per participant;

3 INVITED EXPERT FEE
- – 200 € per day, plus all expenses covered
FULL PACKAGE SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Full day trip to towns of Supetar and Bol on the island of Brač (in summer programme) or Full day trip to National Park Krka and Šibenik (in winter programme). Included in price: transfer, lunch and guided cultural sightseeing;
Half-day trip to UNESCO protected town of Trogir (in summer and winter programme). Included in price: transfer, cocktails and guided cultural sightseeing;
Walking tour through Veli Varoš, a historic neighborhood in Split. (in summer and winter programme). Included in price: guided cultural sightseeing and tasting of traditional Dalmatian sweet;
220.00 € per participant
DUO PACKAGE SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Full day trip to towns of Supetar and Bol on the island of Brač (in summer programme) or Full day trip to National Park Krka and Šibenik (in winter programme). Included in price: transfer, lunch and guided cultural sightseeing;

SINGLE PACKAGE SOCIAL PROGRAMME
