This Erasmus+ KA1 course is designed for teachers and school staff who want to enhance their soft skills, crucial for maintaining excellent teaching performance. Participants will develop adaptability, attitude, communication, creative thinking, teamwork, decision-making, time management, motivation, critical thinking, and conflict resolution—essential 21st century skills.
These skills also support working with students with special needs and mixed-ability classrooms. This course emphasizes the 4Cs, equipping educators with the skills to
foster critical thinking, effective collaboration, clear communication, and creativity in the classroom. These competencies are vital for student engagement, problem-solving, and innovation in education.
Practice Mindfulness & Prevent Emotional Burnout
Participants are also going to learn how mindfulness can grow emotional intelligence and work well when it comes to preventing bullying in schools and even decrease levels of stress and burnout. Improve your self-awareness, emotional control and build high quality rapport with students and colleagues through developing emotional intelligence.
