Course Description

Enhancing mental health through education

This Erasmus+ KA1 course empowers educators to build better mental health and well-being through simple yet effective strategies. Participants will learn how to manage daily stress, boost productivity, and enhance their overall quality of life. With expert trainers guiding the way, teachers will discover techniques to improve their mental resilience, recognize personal strengths, and adopt healthier work-life balance practices essential for both personal and  professional growth

Connecting nature with education

Nature is a powerful tool for mental well-being. This course features hands-on workshops, outdoor activities, and reflective exercises designed to integrate the therapeutic effects of nature into teaching practices. Participants will explore mindfulness techniques, outdoor learning environments, and team-building exercises while enjoying nature walks and group reflections. Practical tips for creating outdoor lessons and designing eco-friendly learning spaces will be shared, ensuring that educators leave equipped to bring the outdoors into their classrooms. 

Fostering well-being in the classroom and beyond

The course emphasizes creating positive learning environments that promote emotional resilience and mental health. Teachers will learn to design outdoor activities that nurture students’ well-being, fostering a deeper connection with nature and encouraging sustainable, positive habits.
